How we elevated BI WORLDWIDE’s influence in reward and recognition through strategic, people-first PR
BI WORLDWIDE (BIW) wanted to strengthen its profile as a leader in reward, recognition, incentives and events, all while ensuring its expertise reached the HR, business and sales channel audiences shaping workforce culture today. Together, we wanted to demonstrate how its programmes help large global organisations drive performance, motivation and culture at scale.
Our role was to turn BIW’s specialist knowledge and insights into stories that addressed the productivity, motivation and culture challenges that it can solve, helping the brand stand out and build authority with decision makers.

It has a wealth of expertise, but the market around its services is crowded. The brand needed its insights to land with clarity and impact, cutting through to the leaders concerned with performance, wellbeing, connection and the ever-changing role of recognition in modern workplaces.
