The challenge
Strengthscope is a leading strengths-based assessment provider, helping organisations build energised, high performing teams. It’s the only strengths assessment with British Psychological Society Registered Test status – trusted by global brands including Meta, Sage, TikTok, AWS and Siemens.
The HR and L&D market is crowded. Even with strong credentials, to cut through, Strengthscope needed its Team Effectiveness in the Workplace 2025 insights to land with the right HR audiences – and to do so in a way that felt timely, relevant and rooted in real workplace pressures.
